Produktionstekniker CNC till Tykoflex AB

Vill du arbeta med avancerad CNC-bearbetning, komplex programmering och teknisk utveckling nära produktionen? Vi söker en erfaren produktionstekniker som vill bidra till effektiva, stabila och kvalitetssäkrade processer på vår CNC-avdelning.

Om rollen

Som produktionstekniker arbetar du nära våra CNC-operatörer och övriga funktioner inom produktion, kvalitet och konstruktion. Du får en central roll i arbetet med att utveckla och optimera våra tillverkningsprocesser, från programmering och metodval till färdig detalj.

En viktig del av tjänsten är att skapa och optimera program för femaxliga CNC-maskiner. Vi arbetar med styrsystem från Siemens, Fanuc och Heidenhain och använder GibbsCAM för CAM-programmering.

Vårt vanligaste material är SAF 2507, ett superduplex rostfritt stål som ställer höga krav på rätt verktygsval, skärdata och bearbetningsstrategi.

Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat att:

  • programmera och optimera femaxliga CNC-maskiner
  • skapa och utveckla CAM-program i GibbsCAM
  • ta fram effektiva tillverkningsmetoder och bearbetningsstrategier
  • optimera verktygsval, skärdata och cykeltider
  • arbeta med fixturlösningar, beredning och arbetsinstruktioner
  • stötta produktionen vid tekniska problem och kvalitetsavvikelser.
  • medverka vid införandet av nya produkter, verktyg och maskiner
  • driva förbättringsarbete med fokus på kvalitet, produktivitet och processäkerhet

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av CNC-bearbetning och självständigt kan programmera femaxliga maskiner. Du har god förståelse för hela tillverkningsprocessen och kan omsätta ritningsunderlag och tekniska krav till stabila och effektiva produktionslösningar. Rollen innebär också att kunna svarva/fräsa vissa detaljer vid behov, till exempel att tillverka egna delar eller verktyg.

För tjänsten behöver du ha:

  • dokumenterad erfarenhet av programmering för femaxlig CNC-bearbetning
  • erfarenhet av CAM-programmering
  • goda kunskaper i ritningsläsning, mätteknik och geometriska toleranser
  • god förståelse för verktygsval, skärdata och fixturering
  • erfarenhet av att optimera bearbetningsprocesser
  • kunskap i manuell svarvning och fräsning.
  • goda kunskaper i svenska och förmåga att förstå teknisk dokumentation på engelska

Det är meriterande om du har:

  • erfarenhet av GibbsCAM
  • erfarenhet av Siemens-, Fanuc- eller Heidenhain-styrsystem
  • arbetat med SAF 2507, andra superduplexa material eller liknande svårbearbetade material
  • erfarenhet av metodutveckling och industrialisering av nya produkter

Som person är du analytisk, lösningsorienterad och noggrann. Du är flexibel och trivs nära produktionen, tar ansvar för dina uppgifter och samarbetar gärna med operatörer och andra tekniska funktioner. Du drivs av att lösa komplexa problem och skapa förbättringar som fungerar i praktiken.
