  • Provide input and recommendations regarding departmental budgets, staffing, and resource needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Development to ensure client feedback, adoption barriers, and emerging needs inform product planning and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other business leaders to support retention and identify appropriate expansion or cross-sell opportunities within the assigned client segment.
  • Work closely with Professional Services, Support, Technical & Cloud Services, and other operational teams to clarify ownership and address client needs effectively.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to identify and showcase client success stories, references, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Regularly communicate segment performance, trends, risks, and progress toward departmental goals to executive leadership.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
