Swiss Education Group (SEG) is the largest private educator in Switzerland. We currently operate 4 of the world’s top hospitality schools and have more than 6000 students enrolled in our courses. With nearly 40 years experience in hospitality, business, and culinary arts education, we are firmly rooted in the great tradition of Swiss hospitality.

We are committed to equipping our students with the leadership and entrepreneurial skills they need to thrive in the hospitality industry and beyond. We offer a wide range of hospitality education courses, including Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. We also offer short professional courses, so students can choose a program that is specific to their individual learning needs and professional interests.

For our campuses Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland and from January 6th 2026, we are looking for :

Culinary Chef Instructor

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, committed to the delivery of high quality programs and will be required to teach to multi-cultural profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Kitchen theory and practical classes to students according to our standards Advise students on menu preparation and techniques Ensure and provide quality food production for students and staff Elaborate and update course material Ensure proper maintenance and usage of all equipment within the designated section Demonstrate sanitation, cleanliness and security of the kitchen and storerooms to students Requirements :

Degree from a recognized culinary school as a Cook (Professional Certificate or equivalent) At least 5 years’ experience in the industry, ideally in renowned restaurants Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in culinary arts Culinary teaching experience within a hospitality school a strong asset Creative team-player, able to work in a very international environment Sens of Initiative, creativity, maturity, leadership skills Fluent in English written and spoken (mandatory), French is strong an asset.

Ideally based in the canton of Valais, between Le Bouveret and Brig.
