Job Description

Shape the Future of Global Custody Platforms

Bring your custody, platform, or financial-services operations expertise to a highly visible opportunity where your knowledge will help strengthen critical business capabilities.

We are hiring two Platform Managers that will serve as trusted partners and subject-matter experts, helping teams navigate complex custody processes, platform priorities, operational needs, and business change.

Candidates may align with one of two specialized paths:

  • GTX Platform & SWIFT
  • Custody Strategy & Relationship Management

These opportunities are ideal for experienced professionals who can connect business needs, operational processes, and platform capabilities while building strong relationships across product, platform, and custody teams.

GTX Platform & SWIFT

This Manager will focus on the GTX platform, the business processes it supports, and its connection to product and platform management. GTX is a critical current priority, offering an opportunity to contribute quickly and develop deep expertise in a specialized environment.

You may be a strong fit if you have experience with:

  • GTX or comparable transaction-processing platforms
  • SWIFT messaging, workflows, or payment infrastructure
  • Platform or product management within financial services
  • Translating operational requirements into platform priorities
  • Partnering across Operations, Product, and technology-facing teams
  • Supporting complex platform issues, enhancements, and business change

Custody Strategy & Relationship Management

This manager will apply broad custody knowledge to provide relationship leadership, capacity support, and subject-matter expertise. Rather than focusing primarily on hands-on platform work, this role will connect stakeholders with the custody knowledge, guidance, and operational support needed to move priorities forward.

You may be a strong fit if you have experience with:

  • Global custody or securities operations
  • Trade lifecycle processes
  • Asset setup and servicing
  • Trade services and settlements
  • Global income or corporate actions
  • Legacy custody functions and operating models
  • Relationship management and cross-functional coordination

What You’ll Do

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

  • Serve as a trusted platform or custody subject-matter expert.
  • Build relationships across custody operations, product, platform management, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Translate business and operational needs into priorities and solutions.
  • Support platform capacity, operational readiness, and evolving business requirements.
  • Apply trade lifecycle knowledge to identify dependencies and support decision-making.
  • Help accelerate knowledge transfer and maintain continuity of specialized custody expertise.
  • Participate in complex custody conversations, including client-facing discussions when appropriate.
  • Contribute to efforts that strengthen custody processes, platforms, and operational capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically six or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience in custody, securities operations, financial-services platforms, or a closely related field
  • Knowledge of trade lifecycle activities and custody servicing functions
  • Experience supporting or managing complex operational platforms
  • Strong relationship-management and stakeholder-partnership skills
  • Ability to communicate complex operational or platform information clearly
  • Sound judgment when navigating competing priorities
  • Ability to build credibility with operational, product, and platform partners
  • A collaborative approach to knowledge transfer, problem-solving, and change
  • Advanced understanding and demonstrated abilities in support of the Lean/Agile mindset
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Standard industry certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO are preferred

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
