Notre division des pièces pour véhicules lourds est le plus grand réseau pancanadien de distribution de pièces pour camions et véhicules lourds. Description du poste

L’assistant.e-gérant.e de magasin met à profit son expertise en pièces pour véhicules lourds, en service à la clientèle, en opérations et en leadership auprès de la clientèle et des membres de l’équipe afin d’assurer le succès de notre magasin et de contribuer à faire de Traction le principal fournisseur de pièces sur le marché.

L’assistant.e-gérant.e de magasin agit comme principal soutien au gérant de magasin dans l’ensemble des fonctions du magasin, tout en conservant des responsabilités actives en matière de vente auprès de la clientèle. Ce poste joue un rôle essentiel dans la supervision des opérations du magasin en veillant à l’exécution de toutes les activités, notamment les ventes au comptoir et au téléphone, la gestion des stocks et de la réception, la coordination des livraisons, l’entretien général des lieux ainsi que d’autres tâches opérationnelles.

  • Collaborer à l’atteinte des objectifs du magasin, notamment en offrant un niveau exceptionnel de service à la clientèle
  • Participer aux initiatives de vente et élaborer des stratégies visant à accroître les ventes au détail
  • Aider le.la gestionnaire du magasin à développer et à motiver les membres de l'équipe afin de les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs personnels et professionnels
  • Soutenir dans la gestion des actifs du magasin, notamment en participant aux inventaires réguliers et en veillant à ce que le magasin soit bien approvisionné et bien rangé.

Qualifications

Pour vous joindre à notre équipe, il faut, entre autres :

  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle, autant au comptoir qu’au téléphone, dans l’industrie des pièces pour véhicules lourd, l’équipement lourd, le secteur agricole, les moteurs diesel, le secteur marin ou les concessionnaires
  • Connaissance en pièces de véhicules lourds
  • Aptitude marquée pour la gestion de personnel, la communication et l’organisation
  • Être à l’aise avec les différentes plateformes informatiques et avoir une bonne capacité d’adaptation aux outils numériques
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais car vous aurez à collaborer couramment avec des clients internes à travers le Canada.
