Your primary mandate will be to accelerate the time-to-market for price changes and new products, improve data quality and integrity, and reduce manual interventions prone to errors. You will also contribute to the development of analytical tools and dashboards (Power BI) to provide product management and leadership with better visibility into key indicators.

You will collaborate closely with the Pricing, Master Data, Product Management, and IT teams to deliver robust, high-performance solutions aligned with business needs. This position requires a profile heavily focused on programming, combined with a strong understanding of operational and commercial realities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop automated solutions (Python, VBA, SQL, Power Platform, or other relevant tools) to optimize processes related to pricing, products, and master data.
  • Design and maintain scripts and tools for the automated processing of supplier price lists and mass updates.
  • Automate processes related to product status changes, contract price adjustments, and retail price updates.
  • Implement automated controls to improve data integrity and reduce discrepancies or errors.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance indicators in Power BI to enhance KPI visibility.
  • Document developed solutions and ensure their ongoing maintenance (run & maintain) and evolution.
  • Proactively identify new automation opportunities within the team.
  • Act as a technical reference for automation and data structuring.
  • Train and support internal users during the deployment of new tools.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration (analytical profile), or a relevant field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience minimum in process development and automation.
  • Proficiency in a programming language or equivalent (Python is an asset).
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Experience developing dashboards with Power BI.
  • Excellent, advanced mastery of Excel.
  • Understanding of business processes related to Pricing, product management, or master data (a major asset).
  • Experience with an ERP (e.g., Microsoft D365, KARMAK) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both spoken and written. In this role, you will regularly collaborate with internal clients across Canada.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
