About Uare.ai

Uare.ai builds AI for businesses where the expertise is the product: coaches, consultants, tutors, educators and other service providers. A professional captures how they think, speak, and work, and Uare.ai turns it into their own AI. That AI runs the client work they can't scale on their own: client intake and document collection, courses and tutoring that adapt to each student, answering client questions in the expert's voice, and paid services clients can buy directly.

Customers today include service providers, education programs, coaching and advisory practices, and enterprise training teams. We launched publicly in July 2026. Founder and CEO Rob LoCascio took LivePerson from startup to public company. Backed by $10.3M from Mayfield and Boldstart Ventures.

About the role

You close the deals that are bigger than a single founder: service providers, education programs, coaching and advisory practices with teams, and enterprise training groups. Our SDRs open doors and close small accounts. You take the multi-seat, multi-stakeholder deals from first meeting to signature, and you help us write the playbook as you go.

What you'll do

  • Run the full cycle. Source, discover, demo, propose, negotiate and close multi-seat accounts.
  • Carry a number. Own a quarterly new-revenue quota and build the pipeline to beat it.
  • Work the pipeline. Take qualified opportunities from SDRs, and source your own.
  • Land and expand. Start with one team, then grow into more workspaces and seats.
  • Keep it honest. Accurate forecast and pipeline in HubSpot, every week.
  • Close the loop. Tell product what buyers ask for and why we lose.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years as a B2B SaaS Account Executive, carrying and hitting a quota.
  • Led the full sales cycle yourself, from sourcing and outbound to close.
  • AI-native. You use AI tools every day to prospect, research and follow up.
  • Closed deals with several stakeholders and a real buying process.
  • Comfortable selling a new category, where you teach before you sell.
  • Clear, fast writing and a sharp demo.
  • Self-directed. You build process where there isn't one yet.

Bonus

  • Sold to service providers, education, or L&D teams.
  • AI or vertical SaaS experience.
  • Early-stage startup experience.
