¿Qué hará el Candidato?:

  • Proporcionar un resumen semanal de todas las cuentas al supervisor de AR.
  • Notificar al supervisor de AR sobre cualquier cliente que no esté respondiendo.
  • Colaborar con los clientes internos en los problemas que afectan a su(s) cuenta(s).
  • Asistir en el proceso de incorporación de nuevos clientes.
  • Demostrar responsabilidad sobre los segmentos de negocio asignados.
  • Investigar y completar proyectos especiales según lo solicitado.
  • Mantener actualizadas las políticas y procedimientos.
  • Conocer y comprender los requisitos específicos de la cuenta: cargos requeridos, contratos de clientes, contactos de clientes, períodos de facturación.
  • Estar disponible para resolver cualquier duda del cliente relacionada con la facturación.
  • Apoyar al equipo de facturación y al personal de cobranza.
  • Relación con el Cliente: Comunicaciones consistentes y profesionales.

Cualificaciones básicas:

  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Conocimiento de las herramientas de Microsoft: capacidad para utilizar Excel y otros programas de MS, incluidos Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • Conocimientos generales de informática.
  • Licenciatura terminada.
