Uber Freight México Customs, impulsado por TP Laser, busca profesionistas graduados en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Logística o áreas afines. Buscamos personas motivadas, dinámicas y con enfoque en el detalle para integrarse a nuestro equipo. Como parte de nuestro equipo, serás responsable de auxiliar en la gestión de operaciones de exportación y servicio al cliente, garantizando procesos eficientes, rentables y el cumplimiento oportuno de las entregas.

Qué Hará el Candidato

  • Apoyar y gestionar activamente la atención de operaciones de exportación bajo las claves de pedimento RT, A1 y D1.
  • Dar seguimiento puntual a la apertura, modulación, remesas y cierre de pedimentos consolidados.
  • Brindar atención continua a clientes internos y externos sobre la revisión, estatus y progreso de sus operaciones aduaneras, notificando oportunamente cualquier discrepancia, retraso o daño en la mercancía.
  • Solicitar la documentación operativa correspondiente (factura comercial, lista de empaque, carta de instrucciones, carta encomienda, carta porte, etc.).
  • Alimentar bases de datos y generar reportes de seguimiento en Excel, garantizando el cumplimiento estricto de los procesos internos.
  • Asegurar el cierre de las operaciones e integrar de forma impecable el expediente digital de comercio exterior.
  • Coordinar y supervisar las operaciones con socios comerciales según aplique en la cadena logística.

Cualificaciones Básicas

  • Licenciatura concluida en Comercio Exterior, Logística o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en operaciones de comercio exterior (deseable en agencia aduanal).
  • Conocimiento práctico de la Legislación Aduanera y de Comercio Exterior
  • Excel nivel intermedio (manejo de base de datos y reporteo) y uso de herramientas de Google Workspace / Office 365.
  • Inglés básico a intermedio.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Familiarizado con el uso y manejo del sistema Audasis.
  • Experiencia previa en el uso de portales y sistemas aduaneros.
  • Comunicación efectiva.
  • Orientado al servicio.
  • Trabajo en equipo.
  • Enfoque a resultados y actitud proactiva.
