Acerca del rol:

El equipo de Compliance está buscando un practicante comprometido y orientado a resultados para ocupar la posición de Auditor en Prácticas para Expediente Electrónico. Esta práctica profesional es una oportunidad ideal para alguien interesado en desarrollar conocimientos y experiencia en auditoría electrónica y manejo de información digitalizada. Bajo supervisión general y con mentoría constante, el candidato seleccionado apoyará en la digitalización, carga y auditoría de expedientes electrónicos, así como en la generación de reportes y seguimiento a pendientes.

Qué Hará el Candidato:

  • Apoyar al equipo con la digitalización y carga de Manifestaciones de Valor y Hojas de Cálculo firmadas por Representantes Legales de los importadores.
  • Generar reportes diarios en plataformas internas (One Site/LED y Portal) para detectar cargas correctas e incorrectas en el sistema.
  • Llevar el registro de arribos de paquetes y cajas por mensajería que contengan documentos firmados.
  • Distribuir al auditor correspondiente los documentos digitalizados para su revisión.
  • Apoyar en auditorías a expedientes electrónicos y en la gestión de pendientes.
  • Realizar seguimiento a faltantes con las áreas correspondientes.

Requisitos básicos:

  • Estudiante activo de 6to, 7mo semestre en adelante, de cualquier carrera o profesión, preferentemente L.C.E., L.A.E., Gestión Empresarial u otras afines.
  • Conocimientos indispensables de Google Package (Gmail, Sheets, Drive).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar medio tiempo (aproximadamente 30 horas semanales).
  • Alta capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados y disposición para rendir cuentas.
  • Inglés básico.

  • Pensamiento analítico y actitud responsable.
  • Facilidad para comunicarse y trabajar en equipo.
  • Aptitud para investigar y proponer soluciones.
  • Liderazgo y alta disposición para aprender y colaborar.
