  • Improve web performance, accessibility, and reliability, including page load, rendering latency, and observability.
  • Write clear design docs and conduct thoughtful code reviews to keep quality high.
  • Share ownership of the systems the team runs, including on-call, operations, and maintenance.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field OR 2+years full-time Software Engineering work experience, WHICH INCLUDES 1-year total technical software engineering experience in one or more of the following areas:Programming language (e.g. JavaScript or TypeScript)
  • Modern web frameworks (e.g. React, VueJS, or Angular), plus HTML, CSS, and web APIs

  • Experience with back-end systems (e.g. Go, Python, or TypeScript/Node.js) to work across the stack
  • Web performance optimization (e.g. Core Web Vitals, server-side rendering, bundle size)
  • Experimentation and analytics (A/B testing, metrics, observability tools such as Grafana)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
