Description du poste

En tant que programmeur·euse spécialiste technique à Ubisoft Québec, vous serez une personne-ressource pour votre spécialité, qu’elle concerne un domaine technique ou une console de jeu. Vous continuerez à programmer, orienterez les choix technologiques de votre spécialité et veillerez à la performance des systèmes qui en relèvent.

Ce que vous ferez:

  • Gérer les mandats techniques confiés par la personne responsable du projet informatique, la personne responsable de l’équipe informatique ou la personne responsable de l’architecture technique;
  • Servir de personne-ressource technique auprès de l’équipe informatique pour votre spécialité;
  • Programmer les éléments présentant des risques techniques dans votre spécialité;
  • Proposer des évolutions technologiques, faire des choix techniques et définir les bonnes pratiques de votre spécialité;
  • Mesurer régulièrement la performance des systèmes de votre spécialité et les optimiser au besoin;
  • Résoudre les problèmes techniques complexes liés à votre spécialité;
  • Accompagner les membres de l’équipe dans les aspects techniques de votre spécialité;
  • Conseiller les personnes responsables de l’architecture technique et du projet informatique en proposant des mesures correctives pour atteindre les résultats attendus;
  • Collaborer avec les directions techniques des autres métiers, notamment la conception, le graphisme, l’animation et le son, pour assurer l’efficacité des systèmes qu’ils utilisent;
  • Participer au suivi de la performance avec la personne responsable du projet informatique.

Qualifications

Formation :

  • Baccalauréat en informatique ou génie informatique ou toutes autres formations équivalentes.

Expérience pertinente :

  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en programmation sur une console spécifique ou dans une spécialité ou toutes autres expériences pertinentes.

Habiletés et connaissances :

  • Avoir un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse;
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes;
  • Avoir de bonnes habiletés relationnelles et de communication;
  • Être autonome et débrouillard;
  • Avoir le sens de l’initiative;
  • Avoir le sens du détail;
  • Être souple dans l’organisation de son travail;
  • Capable de travailler en équipe;
  • Capable de s’adapter aux changements;
  • Être orienté résultat.
