Unser Team Für unsere Abteilung Credit Services suchen wir eine kunden\- und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem repräsentativen Auftreten, die unser eingespieltes und motiviertes Team bei den täglichen Bonitätsprüfungen unterstützt. Es erwartet dich eine professionelle Einarbeitung sowie die Möglichkeit zur flexiblen Arbeitszeitgestaltung.

Die

  • Erfassung von Neukartenanträgen
  • Bearbeitung von Umtausch\- und Zusatzkarten inkl. effizienter, termingerechter und qualitativ richtiger Bonitätsprüfung
  • korrekte Verwaltung und allgemeine Bewirtschaftung von Bankgarantien, Sicherheiten und Saldoeinforderungen für Kreditkarten
  • telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt zu Kunden und Banken
  • Bearbeitung der eingehenden Post und Mailbox, allgemeine Büroarbeiten sowie die Bedienung von zugewiesenen Robotern
  • fachliche Unterstützung der Front\-Kundenberater/innen

Das wünschen wir uns * abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie 2\-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, von Vorteil in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld * gute Praxiskenntnisse in Microsoft Office * gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sowie entweder ösisch oder Italienisch * eine rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie vernetztes Denken und Handeln * hohe Selbständigkeit sowie Verantwortungs\- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
