Die Verantwortung Als Senior Domain Architect bei UBS Card Center verbindest du umfassendes Infrastruktur\-Know\-how mit Leadership\-Skills. Du gestaltest die Architektur der IT\-Infrastruktur im Karten\- und Zahlungsumfeld, dokumentierst die Architekturlandschaft und triffst Entscheidungen zum technischen Lifecycle. Gleichzeitig übernimmst du die fachliche Führung, gehst proaktiv voran und bringst die richtigen Menschen zusammen, um die digitale Transformation und operative Effizienz voranzutreiben.

Die Rolle

  • Erarbeitung, Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung der Architekturlandschaft und \-Roadmap für die Infrastruktur der Kartenverarbeitung und Zahlungslösungen
  • Etablierung und Steuerung einer transparenten Architektur\-Governance inklusive klarer Entscheidungsprozesse
  • proaktives Vorantreiben von Infrastrukturthemen: Du moderierst und koordinierst bereichsübergreifende Teams und sorgst für verbindliche und dokumentierte Entscheidungen
  • Bewertung neuer Technologien ( Cloud\-Plattformen, Container, Security\-Lösungen) und Treffen nachhaltiger Architekturentscheidungen
  • Optimierung und Neugestaltung von IT\-Infrastrukturprozessen zur Sicherstellung effizienter, stabiler und sicherer Abläufe
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business\-Stakeholdern, Entwicklungsteams sowie Enterprise\-/Solution\-Architekten, um Geschäftsanforderungen in robuste Technologielösungen zu übersetzen
  • Definition von Architekturstandards sowie Unterstützung von Business Cases und Investitionsanträgen für Technologieinitiativen

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Bachelor\- oder Masterabschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung als Infrastrukturarchitekt oder in einer ähnlichen Architekturrolle, idealerweise im Finanzdienstleistungs\- oder Zahlungsverkehrsumfeld
  • sehr gutes Verständnis von IT\-Infrastruktur (Netzwerke, Plattformen, Cloud, Security) und deren Zusammenspiel in komplexen Umgebungen
  • du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, gehst Themen aktiv an, kannst Entscheidungen herbeiführen und Stakeholder auf ein gemeinsames Ziel ausrichten
  • ausgezeichnete Kommunikations\- und Stakeholder\-Management\-Fähigkeiten; du bewegst dich sicher auf Management\-Stufe, vermittelst technische Inhalte klar und stösst Veränderungen an
  • fliessende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2\) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
