Vivimos en un momento raro para construir software: la IA ya es capaz de generar en minutos código que antes tomaba meses. Eso no hace menos falta a los ingenieros — los hace más importantes. Porque ahora lo que de verdad escasea es el criterio: saber qué construir, por qué construirlo y cómo medir si funcionó.

Eso es lo que buscamos. Un/a Senior Product Engineer que no quiera ser "un perfil técnico más", sino alguien a quien le importe de verdad cómo lo que construye mueve el negocio.

💡 QUIÉNES SOMOS

Nacimos en 2021 con una pizarra y muchas ganas de darle la vuelta al aprendizaje tradicional. Hoy somos +130 personas, tres marcas (Atlas, Polaris y Explora FP) y una misión muy clara: cambiar la forma en la que las personas aprenden.

El equipo de Tech es horizontal — no trabajas para una sola vertical, trabajas en el pool de proyectos que más impacto tiene en cada momento.

🧠 CÓMO TRABAJAMOS

Nada de procesos eternos ni jerarquías que frenan. Trabajamos con un sistema de tres capas:

  • Apuestas — el CEO y el CTO definen los retos de cada trimestre.
  • Owners — cada owner lleva un proyecto completo, de principio a fin.
  • Servicios — Diseño, PM e Ingeniería disponibles bajo demanda para lo que cada owner necesite.

Tu día a día: libertad total para avanzar en tu proyecto, tomar las decisiones que consideres, y usar las capas de servicio cuando las necesites. Daily todos los días, "after weekend" los lunes para reconectar como equipo, y retro cada dos semanas. Nada más. Sin reuniones que no aporten.

👀 QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI

  • 5+ años como full stack.
  • Que domines TypeScript (cualquier lenguaje moderno adicional suma).
  • Que sepas moverte en cloud — nosotros usamos AWS.
  • Que sepas llevar una feature de punta a punta: de la definición a medir el resultado.
  • Que uses IA en tu día a día como parte natural de cómo construyes, no como un extra.
  • Muchísimas ganas de seguir aprendiendo.
  • Que comuniques por defecto — que sepas dar y recibir feedback, y adaptarte cuando las prioridades cambian (aquí cambian).
  • Disponibilidad para venir a Madrid una vez al mes.

No buscamos a alguien que solo escriba código. Buscamos a un builder con criterio, al que le importe el impacto tanto como el commit.

🎯 TU MISIÓN

Primeros 30 días: vas a entender cómo funciona el equipo y sus dinámicas, y desde la primera semana ya vas a estar aportando. Tendrás un Tech Buddy que te va a mostrar el terreno técnico completo: cómo trabajamos, con quién interactúas, quiénes deciden, dónde está el contexto y hacia dónde vamos.

Primeros 60 días: ya tendrás un proyecto propio asignado. Puede que alguien te acompañe todavía, pero vas a poder tomar prácticamente cualquier decisión sobre él.

Primeros 90 días: serás un developer totalmente autónomo — participas en todas las reuniones que te tocan y llevas el ciclo completo: construir, lanzar, medir y decidir cómo sigue.

🤝 REQUISITOS

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar full time.
  • Disponibilidad para venir a Madrid una vez al mes.
  • Que la proactividad y el ownership real no sean negociables para ti.
  • Que te motive construir, equivocarte, iterar y adaptarte al caos (bueno) de una startup que crece rápido.
