Estamos buscando a la persona que será nuestro/a Sales Representative FP y que quiera unirse a un equipo que sueña con cambiar la manera en la que las personas aprendemos.

🔥 De qué va esto

Vas a ser la primera línea de fuego de Ucademy.

Olvídate de la puerta fría a ciegas. Aquí vas a gestionar leads de personas que ya nos han dejado sus datos porque quieren estudiar una FP.

Tu día a día: llamar rápido, entender qué quieren hacer con su vida, resolver sus dudas y matricularlos. Al grano.

El objetivo: convertir el interés en matrículas reales.

🧡 Qué es Ucademy

Somos una EdTech que ayuda a la gente a sacarse un título oficial de FP online, pero sin los tochos de apuntes del siglo pasado.

El producto: una plataforma que se adapta al alumno de manera real.

La realidad: vendemos algo útil, que la gente necesita de verdad para mejorar su sueldo o cambiar de curro.

El producto se defiende solo. No tienes que engañar a nadie para venderlo, lo cual ayuda a dormir bien por las noches.

🎯 Qué buscamos

Buscamos a alguien joven de espíritu, que tenga colmillo, pero también orejas.

En ventas, el que más habla no es el que más vende. Es el que mejor escucha.

Mentalidad: alguien que no se hunda si le dicen tres “noes” seguidos por la mañana.

Habilidad: que rebata objeciones sin parecer un robot de telemarketing.

Filtro: si eres de los que se quejan del CRM en vez de levantar el teléfono, no te apuntes.

💸 Las condiciones

Vamos a lo importante, que aquí no trabajamos por amor al arte:

Estabilidad: contrato indefinido desde el primer día.

Sueldo fijo: 21.000 € brutos/año de entrada.

Comisiones absolutamente sin techo: si eres un comercial del montón, te quedarás con tu fijo. Si eres un puto avión vendiendo, la gente top aquí ronda los 50.000 € al año entre fijo y variables.

Tú eliges en qué grupo quieres estar.

Extras: seguro médico privado, retribución flexible, Payflow y un ambiente donde los objetivos se celebran de verdad, no con palmaditas en la espalda.
