Necesitamos fichar a la próxima incorporación superestrella para nuestro equipo de People. Nos imaginamos a una persona con hambre, ojo para detectar el talento e ilusión por hacer crecer a la jungla — alguien auténtico/a que vaya a muerte con nosotros.

¿Por qué ahora? La historia de Ucademy no es la típica historia bonita de libro; es una historia de resiliencia real, y te la queremos contar:

  • 2022: Ramiro y Pablo (Palo) vuelven de Bali con el sueño de hacer algo grande. Primer año de vida, cero inversión externa y 1,3M€ de facturación.
  • 2023: Al intentar escalar rápido, llega el golpe duro. Cometimos todos los errores que los libros te dicen que no hagas.
  • 2024: Año de supervivencia pura. Sin apenas recursos, el equipo aguantó el tirón y logró un x3 vs 2022. Rendirse nunca fue una opción.
  • 2025: A partir de mayo la empresa vuelve a mirar a medio plazo y arranca un escalado real del 200% YoY.
  • 2026: Quinto año. Con las heridas curadas, la casa ordenada y demostrando de lo que la manada es capaz cuando va a muerte.

💡 QUIÉNES SOMOS

Buscamos a un/a Talent Acquisition Specialist porque para seguir construyendo y remando en este barco necesitamos a alguien con pasión por la gente, que conecte de una forma especial con cada candidato y futuro animal de la jungla, y que sepa detectar el mejor talento que existe allá afuera.

👀 CÓMO SERÁ TU TRABAJO

  • Hunting de talento: filtrar, mapear y contactar a los mejores perfiles que existen ahí afuera.
  • Speed to candidate: contactar lo antes posible con los candidatos para transmitirles nuestra energía y agilizar el proceso.
  • Entrevistas & screening: conocer a los candidatos, evaluar si tienen el "Ucademy Fit" y detectar su potencial dentro del equipo.
  • Candidate experience: cuidar a cada persona durante todo el proceso de selección para que su experiencia sea de 10.
  • Shadowing & mentoring: trabajar codo con codo con el equipo para aprender metodología, copy de ofertas y estrategia de contratación.

  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en recruiting & hiring. No buscamos la trayectoria más impresionante del mercado — buscamos a quien sepa "vender" la empresa al mejor talento, no el curso al alumno.

🎯 CÓMO SE VE TU CRECIMIENTO

Primeros 30 días: dominarás nuestra metodología de reclutamiento haciendo shadowing directo y lanzando tus primeras campañas de recruiting en nuestras plataformas de empleo.

A los 60 días: llevarás de forma 100% independiente las primeras entrevistas de evaluación y garantizarás un flujo constante de candidatos TOP en nuestro funnel.

A los 90 días: gestionarás procesos de selección de principio a fin, medirás tus propias métricas y liderarás el cierre de ofertas finales para enamorar al talento.

🤝🏽 REQUISITOS

  • Horario: lunes a viernes de 10:30h a 19:30h, con miércoles de teletrabajo.
  • Disponibilidad presencial en nuestras oficinas de Madrid (Cuzco).
  • Que la actitud positiva, las ganas de crecer y hacer crecer sean tu bandera.
