Nous recherchons un(e) Early Talent - Technicien(ne) de production DSP Junior. Tu es rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et motivé(e), pour rejoindre notre équipe Bio DS Manufacturing, basée sur notre site de Bulle, en Suisse.

Vous souhaitez démarrer votre carrière dans le secteur biotechnologique et découvrir les activités de Production Downstream Processing (DSP) ? Rejoignez notre programme Early Talent et développez vos compétences dans un environnement industriel exigeant et réglementé.

Dans le cadre d-un contrat à durée déterminée d-un an, vous serez formé(e) aux processus de production DSP et aux standards GMP et HSE. Vous participerez aux activités de production en 5x8 et développerez progressivement votre autonomie. Aucune expérience professionnelle importante n-est requise.

Avec qui travaillerez-vous ?

Vous intégrerez l-équipe de Production DSP sur notre site de Bulle et travaillerez aux côtés de professionnels expérimentés. Vous collaborerez avec différents départements du site et développerez progressivement votre autonomie dans un environnement réglementé.

Vous serez accompagné(e) dans votre apprentissage des processus de fabrication, des bonnes pratiques de fabrication et des standards HSE.

Vos responsabilités

  • Appliquer les processus de fabrication conformément aux exigences GMP et HSE.
  • Réaliser les activités de production de routine dans le respect des procédures établies.
  • Maintenir les zones et équipements de production dans un état propre et conforme.
  • Effectuer les prélèvements nécessaires au monitoring de la zone.
  • Identifier et signaler les incidents, anomalies ou dysfonctionnements au responsable de zone.
  • Intervenir sur les problèmes de premier niveau et créer les notifications de maintenance si nécessaire.
  • Documenter rigoureusement les opérations et assurer la traçabilité des formations.
  • Participer aux initiatives d-amélioration continue et collaborer avec les différents départements du site.

Profil recherché : formation, expérience et compétences

  • CFC ou Bachelor dans un domaine scientifique ou technique pertinent, idéalement en chimie, biologie, pharmacie ou biotechnologie.
  • Intérêt ou connaissances des GMP et des environnements réglementés.
  • Intérêt pour les processus de production et les systèmes DCS/MES.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d-équipe et bonnes capacités de communication.
  • Esprit logique et pratique, bonne organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en horaires 5x8.
