The team collaborates closely with engineering, operations, project delivery, finance, legal, sustainability, quality, and environmental health and safety professionals to bring critical projects to life.

As a senior business partner, you will engage with executive leaders and strategic suppliers, helping to shape investment decisions, procurement strategies, and long-term partnerships that enable sustainable business growth.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for engineering and construction categories aligned with business investment priorities.
  • Lead strategic sourcing projects, supplier selection processes, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions with key partners worldwide.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering companies and construction partners to enhance performance, innovation, and reliability.
  • Define commercial frameworks and contracting models that balance project delivery, value creation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Drive supplier performance through clear metrics covering cost, quality, schedule, safety, sustainability, and service excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, standardization, and process improvement across global investment projects.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a global team of category professionals while supporting talent growth and succession planning.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
