Nous recherchons un Technicien en instrumentation des procédés qui soit autonome, rigoureux et collaboratif pour rejoindre notre équipe Services Techniques (TS), basée dans notre bureau de Bulle, en Suisse.

À propos du poste

Le Technicien en instrumentation des procédés garantit la disponibilité et la conformité des chaînes de mesure des équipements de production et des moyens de référence. Il assure les activités de maintenance, de qualification, de vérification métrologique et de dépannage, dans le respect des exigences cGMP, HSE et des procédures UCB. Il coordonne les interventions avec les utilisateurs et les prestataires, maintient la documentation à jour et contribue à l-amélioration continue des activités d-instrumentation. Il intervient également sur les déviations, CAPA, changements, la veille et les analyses de risques relevant de son périmètre.

Avec qui travaillerez-vous ?

Vous rejoindrez l-équipe des Services Techniques, et plus particulièrement le service Instrumentation des procédés, en interaction étroite avec les équipes de Production, les utilisateurs, les experts techniques et les prestataires externes. Vous contribuerez à la fiabilité des équipements et à la conformité métrologique du site de Bulle. Vous participerez également aux projets du site, aux audits, aux analyses de risques et aux initiatives d-amélioration continue, dans un environnement pharmaceutique fortement réglementé.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Réaliser les maintenances préventives, les vérifications métrologiques des chaînes de mesure ainsi que la cartographie thermique dans le cadre de la qualification.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les dysfonctionnements, anomalies et non-conformités de manière autonome.
  • Planifier et coordonner les interventions avec les équipes de production, les utilisateurs et prestataires externes.
  • Garantir la conformité cGMP, HSE et documentaire des activités d-instrumentation.
  • Maintenir à jour les données équipements, plans de maintenance, pièces de rechange et instructions de travail.
  • Participer aux déviations, CAPA, demandes de changements, analyses de risques et audits.

Profil recherché : formation, expérience et compétences

  • CFC technique ou formation équivalente en instrumentation, métrologie ou domaine technique de la mesure.
  • Bonne connaissance de l-instrumentation et/ou de la métrologie industrielle.
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements de production pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique.
  • Très bonne connaissance des exigences cGMP et des règles HSE.
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, SAP et capacité à gérer la documentation technique.
  • Autonomie, esprit analytique, sens des priorités et excellentes aptitudes de communication.
