Nous recherchons un Technicien de maintenance Utilities - Eaux pharmaceutiques & Vapeur Propre, rigoureux, autonome et doté d-un bon esprit d-équipe, pour rejoindre notre équipe Technical Support & Utilities, au sein de notre site de Bulle, en Suisse.

À propos du poste

Vous assurez l-exploitation et la maintenance des installations utilitaires industrielles et propres, en garantissant leur disponibilité, leur fiabilité et leur conformité aux exigences cGMP et HSE. Vous réalisez les maintenances préventives et correctives, diagnostiquez les pannes et mettez en œuvre des améliorations continues. Vous contribuez également aux projets d-investissement, aux qualifications des systèmes utilitaires et à la préparation des audits, dans le respect des coûts, des délais et des exigences réglementaires. Vous participez au service de piquet du site.

Avec qui travaillerez-vous ?

Vous intégrerez l-équipe Technical Support & Utilities du site de Bulle et collaborerez étroitement avec le Team Leader Site Utilities ainsi qu-avec les équipes Engineering, Qualification, Support & Méthodes, Métrologie et Automation. Vous travaillerez également avec des entreprises externes et différents interlocuteurs internes afin d-assurer la performance, la conformité et l-amélioration continue des installations utilitaires dans un environnement pharmaceutique exigeant.

Vos responsabilités

  • Exploiter et maintenir les installations utilitaires industrielles et propres, en garantissant leur disponibilité et leur fiabilité.
  • Organiser et réaliser les maintenances préventives et correctives, diagnostiquer les pannes et rétablir les installations.
  • Superviser les entreprises externes et préparer les permis de travail, plans de prévention et permis de feu.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations techniques, des procédures de maintenance et des actions CAPA.
  • Participer aux projets d-investissement, aux protocoles de qualification, aux arrêts techniques et aux audits.
  • Garantir le respect des exigences cGMP, des règles HSE et de la documentation technique.

Intéressé(e) ? Voici la formation, l-expérience et les compétences recherchées

  • CFC dans un domaine technique ou formation jugée supérieure ou équivalente.
  • Expérience en exploitation d-utilités industrielles ou propres, maintenance et dépannage en milieu industriel.
  • Expérience du service de piquet et des environnements contrôlés, notamment pharmaceutiques ou ATEX.
  • Bonne maîtrise du français, anglais technique et capacité à rédiger des procédures et rapports.
  • Connaissances de base en électricité, automatisation, hydraulique, pneumatique et maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office.
  • Connaissance d-un système de GMAO, idéalement SAP PM, autonomie, rigueur et excellent esprit d-équipe.
