Asistente Administrativo en Clínica Dental

Objetivo del puesto: Brindar atención a pacientes de la Clínica Dental en la solicitud de citas tanto de nuevo ingreso como subsecuente, así como realizar cobros de procedimientos y brindar servicio al estudiante al programar citas.

Estudios académicos: Bachillerato / Técnico en Administración / Licenciatura trunca

Experiencia:

  • Alta orientación y servicio al cliente.
  • Manejo de software, equipos de cómputo y oficina.
  • Control de agenda digital, expedientes de pacientes.
  • Cobro y manejo de valores.
  • Confirmación de citas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Manejar la agenda de pacientes para cada una de las asignaturas de práctica clínica.
  • Manejar valores entre cada uno de los pacientes que pagan sus servicios dentales.
  • Brindar apoyo a los Coordinadores en la distribución de pacientes hacia los alumnos.
  • Enviar las facturas fiscales a quienes lo soliciten.
  • Apoyar a profesores en la captura de pacientes.
  • Realizar reportes diarios de ingresos de valores en cada una de las Clínicas.

La ubicación de la vacante es en la Clínica de Atención Dental Avanzada en Santa Catarina, N.L., horario de Lunes a Viernes de 7:00 am a 4:00 pm.
