Estudios académicos: Carrera Técnica en Sistemas Computacionales, Audio e Iluminación, o afín.

Experiencia:

  • Orientación al Servicio
  • Gestión Administrativa
  • Dominio de hardware y software de audio, iluminación y CCTV.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office y Outlook.
  • Logística y Planeación

Funciones:

  • Control de equipo técnico: Asegurar el correcto uso de las instalaciones y equipos disponibles en la sala, asi como gestionar exclusivamente el manejo de los mismos durante los diversos eventos, asi como resolver cualquier problema técnico del funcionamiento de micrófono, bocinas, luces, cámaras, proyector, pantallas etc.
  • Mantenimiento y reparación de equipo: Gestionar los mantenimientos y cuidados necesarios para los equipos técnicos de la sala y ser el responsable de gestionar la reparación de los mismos con el soporte técnico correspondiente.
  • Gestión de uso de sala: Asegurar el uso correcto de la sala de juicios orales, haciendo cumplir los lineamientos y reglamento interno del recinto a los diversos usuarios.
  • Coordinación de calendario oficial: Gestionar la planificación de eventos y reservas de uso de la sala conforme a los horarios disponibles, negociando fechas y horarios según la demanda de los mismos y asegurando la mejor experiencia entre los diversos usuarios (Alumnos, docentes, congresistas, audiencias públicas, etc.).
