Vi søger lige nu dansktalende kundeservicemedarbejdere til et stort internationalt modebrand i Grækenland.

Du bliver en del af et internationalt team, hvor din opgave er at hjælpe kunder med spørgsmål om blandt andet ordrer, produkter, levering og returneringer.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

  • Besvare kundehenvendelser
  • Hjælpe kunder med spørgsmål om produkter og ordrer
  • Håndtere returneringer og reklamationer
  • Sikre en god kundeoplevelse
  • Kommunikere med kunder via telefon, chat og/eller e-mail
  • Samarbejde med kolleger fra forskellige lande

Du får selvfølgelig grundig oplæring, så du er godt klædt på til jobbet – også hvis du ikke har erfaring fra kundeservice.
