Technical support for SMT production; workshop equipment management, maintenance, programming, repairing; monitoring and improving processes. Manages SMT department including SMT technicians in the SMT line.

  1. Responsible for improving the SMT process to minimize PCBA- SMT quality defects and pass them to the next.

  1. Responsible for reporting incidents when errors occur. Establishing improvement processes to minimize error rates. Responsible for inventory and management of materials and equipment in the SMT workshop.
