Overview

The AVP, System Patient Safety for UF Health provides enterprise-level leadership for patient safety, high reliability, organizational learning, and the prevention of avoidable harm across the UF Health clinical enterprise. Reporting to the System Chief Quality Officer, the AVP serves as the senior enterprise authority and subject matter expert for patient safety and high reliability across UF Health hospitals, ambulatory practices, clinical programs, and other care settings. The AVP develops and advances the enterprise patient safety strategy and establishes the infrastructure, standards, governance, measurement, and capabilities required to prevent harm, identify emerging risk, learn from events, and sustain reliable performance. The position leads the continued development of UF Health as a High Reliability Organization and translates national and emerging patient safety science into organizational practice. The position is accountable for building a scalable enterprise patient safety system. The AVP establishes the enterprise framework within which local teams are accountable for execution, leading through standards, systems, capability building, influence, measurement, organizational learning, and accountability rather than direct management of local operations. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
