Das erwartet Sie bei uns

Als Praktikant bist du vom ersten Tag an vollwertiges Mitglied unseres Teams und erhältst die Möglichkeit, den gesamten Investmentprozess aus erster Hand kennenzulernen.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Analyse von Investmentmöglichkeiten in Polen sowie von relevanten Branchen und Märkten
  • Aktive Unterstützung des Investmentteams bei laufenden Transaktionen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen für das Investment Committee sowie für externe Zwecke
  • Teilnahme an Meetings und Austausch mit Berater und Managementteams
  • Mitwirkung beim laufenden Management des polnischen Portfolios

Zeitraum

Startdatum: Flexibel / Einstieg fortlaufend möglich (Dauer: 6 Monate).

Profil

  • Erste Praktikumserfahrung in Private Equity, Investment Banking oder einem vergleichbaren transaktionsorientierten Bereich
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium sowie laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Masterstudium mit sehr guten akademischen Leistungen an einer renommierten Universität
  • Solides Verständnis von Accounting-Grundsätzen und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Financial Modelling und Unternehmensbewertung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische, quantitative, kommunikative und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten
  • Proaktive und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an einem dynamischen, kollaborativen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word
  • Fließende Polnisch- und Englischkenntnisse Ein Anschreiben ist nicht erforderlich. Stattdessen bitten wir dich um einen kurzen Investment Pitch mit maximal 300 Wörtern, der zu unserer Investmentstrategie passt. Darin solltest du deine Investmentthese, die wichtigsten Argumente dafür sowie die wesentlichen Risiken darstellen.
