* Contribuire alla salvaguardia della sicurezza interna ed esterna della Svizzera, esaminando e adottando le pertinenti misure preventive di polizia. * Dirigere autonomamente procedimenti amministrativi * Dirigere autonomamente procedimenti penali amministrativi nell'ambito della legislazione sui precursori di sostanze esplosive (LPre) * Rappresentare fedpol nei procedimenti di ricorso dinanzi alle autorità di ricorso interne all'amministrazione e ai tribunali in francese e/o in italiano * Accompagnare l'esecuzione delle misure disposte e coordinarla con gli enti interni ed esterni * Garantire occasionalmente la reperibilità al di fuori del normale orario di lavoro in caso di urgenza * Trattare affari politici e questioni giuridiche specialistiche * Rappresentare fedpol in gruppi di esperti e organi di coordinamento nazionali interdipartimentali

****Che cosa La contraddistingue****

* Diploma universitario in diritto a livello di master e solide conoscenze del diritto amministrativo procedurale o del diritto penale amministrativo * Almeno cinque anni di esperienza professionale nel diritto procedurale * Spiccate capacità analitiche, attitudine a comprendere complesse questioni giuridiche e ottime capacità redazionali * Senso di responsabilità e piacere nel lavorare in gruppo * Elevati standard di discrezione e riservatezza nello svolgimento delle proprie mansioni * Ottime conoscenze orali e scritte di almeno due lingue ufficiali, conoscenze passive di una terza lingua ufficiale
