* Conoscenze approfondite in ambito di business analysis o requirements engineering nonché dei metodi e delle tecniche ad essi relativi * Capacità di rilevare e valutare le esigenze stabilendo anche un ordine di priorità; buone capacità redazionali (tedesco e francese; p. es. per documentare esigenze) * Esperienza professionale in ambito di sviluppo agile (metodologia SCRUM) di un sistema informatico per l'Amministrazione federale o un'autorità cantonale * \<\\> ben sviluppate, ad esempio le competenze sociali, la capacità di sintesi e l'adattabilità * Diploma di scuola universitaria in informatica (o informatica gestionale), economia aziendale, ingegneria e/o formazione equivalente

****In sintesi****

SpiGes (Spitalstationäre Gesundheitsversorgung, Servizi sanitari ospedalieri stazionari) è uno dei progetti del programma DigiSanté finalizzato alla digitalizzazione del settore sanitario. La piattaforma di raccolta dati SpiGes armonizza i flussi di dati generati dagli ospedali, grazie alla rilevazione una tantum di tali dati (principio \<\\>) per poi renderli disponibili per un riutilizzo multiplo (nel quadro di statistiche e della LAMal). Nei prossimi anni verranno integrate nella piattaforma SpiGes ulteriori rilevazioni, il che richiederà risorse aggiuntive nei settori della business analysis e della gestione dei prodotti. In qualità di business analyst nel team di sviluppo informatico del progetto SpiGes, dovrà assicurare che siano soddisfatti i requisiti tecnici e che siano prese in considerazione le esigenze degli utenti.
