* Pianificare, gestire e monitorare i lavori per i progetti relativi alla rilevazione degli indicatori dell'Agenda Integrazione Svizzera (AIS) * Sviluppare e portare avanti modelli di analisi statistica e di gestione della qualità * Consolidare e descrivere i requisiti tecnici dei Cantoni, dei servizi federali e di altri stakeholder * Elaborare le basi decisionali per la committente, i comitati di progetto e la direzione * Effettuare analisi statistiche e presentare i risultati in modo adeguato al pubblico di destinazione * Fornire supporto alle attività strategiche e concettuali nel campo della statistica dell'aiuto sociale

****Che cosa La contraddistingue****

* Diploma universitario (livello master) in scienze sociali, statistica, scienza dei dati, informatica o in un indirizzo di studio affine * Esperienza nella direzione di progetti e conoscenza di HERMES costituiscono titolo preferenziale * Conoscenza approfondita dei metodi statistici e padronanza di R, Python e Power BI; le conoscenze di SAS costituiscono titolo preferenziale. * Spiccate capacità analitiche e concettuali nonché passione per il lavoro al crocevia tra conoscenze nel campo specialistico, statistico e della digitalizzazione * Conoscenza attiva di una lingua ufficiale e buona conoscenza di una seconda lingua ufficiale

****In sintesi****

Svolgerà un ruolo fondamentale nella realizzazione della rilevazione dei dati relativi all'Agenda integrazione svizzera (AIS), il primo ampliamento della statistica modernizzata dell'aiuto sociale. Per farlo sarà chiamato/a a unire le attività di gestione dei progetti, statistica e analisi dei dati, fornendo un importante contributo all'ulteriore sviluppo della statistica ufficiale nel settore dell'integrazione e dell'aiuto sociale.

L'Ufficio federale di statistica (UST) è il centro di competenza nazionale della statistica pubblica e il fulcro dell'ecosistema dei dati svizzero. Produce informazioni statistiche, si impegna, attraverso la gestione dei dati a livello nazionale, a favore di dati armonizzati e utilizza metodi di scienza dei dati per estrarre ulteriori informazioni dai dati. In questo modo l'UST contribuisce a formare l'opinione pubblica fornendo un importante contributo alla moderna governance democratica.

La sezione Aiuto sociale è responsabile della rilevazione, dell'elaborazione, dell'analisi e della pubblicazione dei dati relativi alle prestazioni sociali legate al bisogno in Svizzera. Gestisce la statistica dell'aiuto sociale in collaborazione con i Cantoni, i Comuni e altri partner e fornisce informazioni aggiornate per la gestione della politica sociale. Inoltre, la sezione sviluppa e gestisce basi statistiche, indicatori, sistemi di monitoraggio e analisi relativi al sistema di sicurezza sociale.
