Descripción

Ejecutar el registro, análisis y control de las operaciones contables de la sucursal, garantizando la generación de información financiera oportuna, confiable y alineada con la normativa vigente, así como el soporte a la gestión fiscal y tributaria local, auditorías y procesos administrativos relacionados con proveedores, nómina y conciliaciones bancarias.

Responsabilidades o funciones

1 Registrar y mantener actualizada la contabilidad mediante asientos contables, conciliaciones bancarias, inventarios y análisis de cuentas, conforme a NIIF y normativas fiscales locales

2. Cumplir con los cierres contables mensuales y anuales, entregando información financiera oportuna, real y confiable

3. Apoyar la laborar y presentar declaraciones tributarias y reportes regulatorios a entidades de autoridad según el país, asegurando cumplimiento de plazos y formatos

Requisitos de educación

Profesional en Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas o afines. Tarjeta o matrícula profesional vigente (cuando aplique según normativa del país).

Formación deseable:

Certificado en IFRS plenas. Manejo Avanzado de aplicativos de office, especialmente Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, gráficos, listas desplegables, etc.). Conocimientos en análisis financiero. Reportes a entes gubernamentales / Autoridades Tributarias. Conocimientos en el sistema contable Financial Operations. Manejo de ERP (deseable Microsoft Dynamics). Reportes de Power BI

Experiencia

Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el ciclo contable integral, incluyendo análisis y conciliación de cuentas, elaboración de estados financieros, cumplimiento de obligaciones tributarias y reportes fiscales bajo normativa NIIF. Experiencia en atención y acompañamiento de auditorías internas y externas. Se valorará experiencia previa en firmas de auditoría Big Four.
