  • Participate in regular communication routines, including daily briefings, scheduled update meetings, email updates, calendar coordination, and stakeholder follow-up.

Work Order Management & Reporting

The service provider shall support the creation, tracking, updating, and closure of workplace and facility-related service requests through the client’s designated systems and communication channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create, update, monitor, and close work orders for assigned workplace and facility-related requests.
  • Document issues found during floor walks, service calls, inspections, and associate requests.
  • Include clear descriptions, locations, photos where appropriate, and escalation notes.
  • Capture and report observations related to lighting, pests, furniture, small office equipment, carpet/flooring, doors, blinds/shades, restrooms, pantries, cleanliness, and general facility presentation.
  • Coordinate with workplace teams, office services, building management, janitorial providers, engineering teams, and approved vendors to support timely resolution.
  • Track recurring issues and communicate patterns that may require additional review.
  • Provide regular updates on open items, completed work, escalations, and pending vendor follow-up.
  • Confirm completed work areas are clean, orderly, and operational after vendor or service provider activity.

Workplace Appearance, Hospitality & Shared Space Support

The service provider shall support the daily presentation and readiness of shared workplace areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Refresh lounge spaces, collaboration areas, visitor offices, conference rooms, meeting rooms, pantries, and common areas.
  • Reset meeting spaces, including chairs, tables, basic room layout, supplies, and presentation-readiness.
  • Wipe down tables, chairs, conference room surfaces, glass doors, glass boards, and visible high-touch presentation areas.
  • Clean fingerprints and smudges from glass doors, conference areas, and shared workplace surfaces.
  • Refresh lounge furniture and shared seating areas during scheduled service windows.
  • Remove trash from pantries and other designated shared spaces as needed.
  • Monitor and restock approved consumables in pantries, shared spaces, meeting rooms, and lounge areas.

  • Coordinate with janitorial teams where building-standard or specialty cleaning is required.
  • Support workplace events, wellness events, associate events, and other internal activities through basic setup, refresh, supply placement, and post-event recovery.

Restroom Cleaning & Sanitation Support

The service provider shall provide dayporter-style restroom refresh and sanitation support for internal restrooms and all-gender facilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Routinely clean and disinfect internal restroom and all-gender facilities.
  • Sanitize fixtures, surfaces, partitions, and high-touch areas, including faucets, flush valves, door hardware, counters, dispensers, and urinal partitions.
  • Empty waste receptacles and maintain adjacent restroom areas in a clean, orderly, and presentation-ready condition.
  • Replenish restroom consumables as needed to prevent service interruptions, including paper products, hand soap, sanitizer, lotion, air fresheners, and other approved supplies.
  • Perform scheduled restroom refreshes throughout the day to support cleanliness, odor control, supply levels, and overall user experience.
  • Perform periodic restroom deep-cleaning support as scheduled and approved.
  • Maintain restroom supply inventory and report reorder needs.
  • Replace approved consumable items, such as restroom air fresheners, on the agreed service schedule.
  • Visually inspect restroom conditions and report maintenance concerns, fixture issues, leaks, clogs, missing drain covers, loose dispensers, ceiling concerns, odor concerns, or other conditions requiring escalation.
  • Coordinate with janitorial, building engineering, plumbing vendors, or other approved service providers where restroom conditions require work beyond cleaning, sanitation, restocking, or routine presentation support.

Inventory & Supply Management

The service provider shall manage, organize, restock, and report on approved workplace supplies and consumables.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage inventories of workplace supplies, restroom consumables, office supplies, visitor office supplies, wellness room supplies, meeting room supplies, file boxes, move labels, and other approved materials.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
