To learn more visit Welcome to Wellington Regional Medical Center | Wellington, FL Position Summary: Responsible for the 24 hour management and oversight of the Quality department and any other assigned areas to ensure the facility meets all regulatory, state and corporate standards. Displays appropriate management skills and principles of effective Leadership. This position requires exercising professional judgment in performance of duties which include planning, implementing and directing the financial and operational goals of the institution. Oversight of all unit/department personnel includes interviewing and hiring, ongoing evaluation of performance, educating or process/policies, and motivating, directing and engaging for high level performance.
