Responsibilities Director of Risk Management opportunity. Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center is a 65-bed residential treatment facility that provides treatment to adolescent boys and girls, ages 11 – 17. Treatment includes behavioral, emotional, and psychiatric interventions as well as education. Our treatment philosophy is based on trauma-informed care principles and offers distinct progressive phases of care. The role oversees risk management, performance improvement initiatives, staff education, regulatory readiness, and serves as the Facility Safety Officer to promote a safe and compliant environment. Provides expertise to regulatory and compliance standards and processes. Position entails data analysis, reporting, educating, providing leadership and being accountable for related activities. Works collaboratively with department directors and the executive team to implement Corporate and Facility risk reduction strategies. Qualifications Master's Degree required - in related field to mental/behavioral health. An advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory and various accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management.
