Responsibilities LPN Acute Rehab-FULL TIME DAYS St. Mary’s is a 229‑bed acute care hospital located in Enid, OK. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering high‑quality patient care within a collaborative and supportive environment. Website: https://www.stmarysregional.com Summary of Job: Performs the functions of LPN in implementing and evaluating nursing care for all assigned patient care in collaboration with a registered nurse. Practices nursing in accordance with established standard of practice, policies and procedures. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Participates in the modification of the plan of care by collaborating with other members of the multidisciplinary team with consideration of the developmental needs of the patient. Participates in the evaluation of the patient’s response to interventions based upon predicted outcome Reassesses the patient as defined in the Nursing Standards of Care Policy and modifies the plan of care as needed. Contributes to the assessment of the patient by conducting focused assessments of the patient. Collects data and compares the data collected to the patient’s previous condition and documents/reports as appropriate. BLS (current upon hire). Venipuncture skills required. One year of full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting preferred. De-escalation training (SECURE) completed within 6 months of hire. Basic computer skills.
