ポジション概要

Financial Operationsチームのメンバーとして、主に請求書の発行・送付、データ照合、請求内容の確認、Salesや他部署との連携など、請求業務を中心としたバックオフィス業務を担当いただきます。

日々の業務では、契約書類やSalesforceのデータ等を確認しながら、正確かつ丁寧な処理が求められます。高額な請求書を扱う機会もあるため、細かなデータ入力や確認作業に責任感を持って取り組める方に適したポジションです。また、お客様への請求書送付なども担当するため、正確でミスのない業務遂行が重要です。

定型業務に加えて、Globalチームと連携した業務自動化・プロセス改善プロジェクトに関わる機会もあります。

主な業務内容

1. 請求業務（本ポジションの中心業務）

· 請求書の作成・発行・送付

· 契約内容、請求条件、金額、期間、請求先情報などの確認

· Salesforce上の情報を確認したうえでの請求処理

· Salesforceデータの修正対応

· SalesforceとSAPデータの照合

· Salesや他部署からの修正依頼・問い合わせ等への対応

2. SALES・社内チームのサポート

· SFDCデータに修正が必要な場合の関係部署との調整

· Salesや他部署からのイレギュラー案件等の相談への対応

3. プロセス改善・GLOBALプロジェクト

· Globalチームと連携した業務自動化プロジェクトへの参加

· 請求・レポート・データ処理に関する業務改善のサポート

· レポートやシステム機能の改善に関する要件整理・テスト

· 業務手順書・ポリシー・プロセスドキュメントの更新

4. その他のFINANCIAL OPERATIONS業務

· 週次・月次・Ad-hocレポートの作成

· 請求・回収状況や関連データの確認

· Internal / External Auditに向けた資料準備・プロセス確認

· その他、チームの状況に応じたFinancial Operations業務

応募資格

必須要件

· 経理業務、その他バックオフィス関連業務で社内外の関係者をサポートした経験

· 細かなデータ入力・照合・確認作業を、正確かつ継続的に行えること

· Salesや他部署からの依頼内容を確認し、必要な修正や関係者との調整を行えること

· Microsoft Office、特にExcelの基本操作スキル

· 自分で状況を確認し、必要な相手へ確認・相談しながら業務を進められること

歓迎要件

· Salesforceの利用経験

· SAPの利用経験

· 経理業務、請求書発行、Billing、受発注、売上管理、売掛金管理などの経験

· 英語を使ったメール、チャット、資料確認、Globalチームとの業務連携経験

· 業務改善、システム導入、データ整理、自動化プロジェクトへの参加経験

※経理・会計の専門知識、大学・学部・学歴、英語力は必須ではありません。業務を通じて学ぶ意欲があれば歓迎します。
