Working in a technical environment, you will provide coordination, document management and SharePoint expertise, helping to ensure the effective planning, execution and governance of activities across the Directorate. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your organisational and technical skills while supporting work at the forefront of fusion research.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, including site creation, architecture and permissions management.
  • Support Directorate programmes and projects through document management, workflow tracking and workload distribution.
  • Coordinate activities such as meetings, reviews and project activities and information flows across the Directorate on behalf of the Director's Office
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials and supporting documentation.
  • Capture meeting outcomes, actions and decisions through accurate minute-taking and record management.
  • Maintain project trackers, logs and documentation to support delivery and governance activities.
  • Update and manage SharePoint content to ensure information remains current and accessible.
  • Act as a point of contact for implementation-related communications and information requests.
  • Provide technical and operational coordination to the Director’s Office, working closely with the Implementation Manager to support the implementation of Directorate priorities, governance decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Support the planning and delivery of Director's Office initiatives and projects by working closely and reporting to the Implementation Manager.

What You’ll Bring

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Coordination or a related discipline.
  • Experience creating and managing SharePoint sites, including site administration and permissions management.
  • Experience of document control, workflow management and maintaining project records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience supporting projects, programmes or business operations within a professional environment.
  • Experience maintaining trackers, logs and documentation to support project delivery and governance activities.
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach.

Please be aware that this role requires 5 days onsite presence. We actively support flexible working arrangements where this is compatible with the role.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
