Du hast ein gutes Auge für Bewegung, Timing und Bildsprache und willst Videoinhalte produzieren, die begeistern? Im Ultimate Gym unterstützt du uns im Rahmen deines Pflichtpraktikums bei der Aufnahme, Bearbeitung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Videoformate, von Social-Media-Content bis hin zu Lerninhalten für unsere eigene Plattform.

Was erwartet dich?

  • Mentoring im Bereich Videoproduktion & Editing
  • Praktische Mitarbeit an realen Video- und Content-Projekten
  • Einblicke in die Produktionspipeline (vom Skript bis zum Release)
  • nach Absprache auch teilweise Remote-Arbeit möglich
  • Ein authentisches Umfeld mit starken Persönlichkeiten aus dem Kampfsport

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufnahme von Video-Content in unseren Standorten Augsburg und Königsbrunn (Trainingseinheiten, Tutorials, Lernvideos, Social Content)
  • Schnitt, Farbkorrektur und Aufbereitung der Videos für verschiedene Plattformen und Formate
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Lernplattform (Videoaufbereitung & Strukturierung von Inhalten)
  • Erstellung von Social-Media-Content (z. B. Reels, TikToks, Short-Form-Videos)
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Videodrehs

Was bringst du mit?

  • Du befindest dich in der zweiten Hälfte deines Bachelorstudiums oder im Masterstudium (z. B. Mediengestaltung, Mediendesign, Film, Videografie o. Ä.) und suchst ein Pflichtpraktikum
  • Praktische Erfahrung in Videoaufnahme und -schnitt
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Schnittprogrammen (z. B. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve oder vergleichbar)
  • Grundkenntnisse in Bildgestaltung, Kameraführung und Storytelling
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Interesse an Bewegtbild, Social Media und digitalen Lernformaten
  • Zeitliche Flexibilität für Aufnahmen während des Gym-Betriebs oder Events

Wünschenswert

  • Erfahrung mit Lern- oder Tutorial-Videos
  • Interesse an Sport-, Fitness- oder Kampfsport-Inhalten
