Job Purpose: Ensure the financial health and stability of Ultimum Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  2. Prepare and present financial reports to management.
  3. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
  4. Recommend actions based on financial analysis.
  5. Budget Management:
  6. Develop and manage the companys budget.
  7. Monitor and control expenditures to ensure alignment with the budget.
  8. Cost Management:
  9. Analyze costs and pricing strategies.
  10. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  11. Investment and Strategy:
  12. Advise on investment activities and strategies.
  13. Develop financial plans to support business objectives.
  14. Compliance and Audit:
  15. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  16. Liaise with auditors and manage audit processes.
  17. Team Leadership:
  18. Oversee the finance department and set goals.
  19. Lead and mentor finance team members.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a financial management role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
