Kitchen Manager

At Aspen Tap House, we believe great food starts with great people. As a Kitchen Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role in overseeing back-of-house operations, maintaining high culinary standards, managing food and labor costs, and developing team members for long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day kitchen operations during opening, mid, and closing shifts
  • Coach and develop kitchen team members to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, safety, and sanitation standards are met
  • Manage inventory, ordering, waste control, and food cost performance
  • Maintain labor budgets and scheduling efficiencies
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on respect and accountability
  • Support execution of company initiatives, training programs, and operational goals
  • Collaborate with restaurant leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong back-of-house leadership experience
  • Experience in a casual dining, polished casual, or full-service restaurant environment preferred
  • Experience working in a scratch kitchen is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and labor controls
  • Familiarity with POS and restaurant management systems
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
