YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES (주요 업무) Apache Spark 및 Delta Lake와 같은 기술을 활용하여 데이터브릭스 레이크하우스 플랫폼(Databricks Lakehouse Platform) 기반의 확장 가능한 데이터 파이프라인 설계, 구현 및 유지보수 데이터 분석, 머신러닝 및 비즈니스 인텔리전스(BI) 애플리케이션을 지원하는 배치(Batch) 및 스트리밍 데이터 워크플로우 개발 및 최적화 유관 부서(Cross-functional teams)와 협력하여 비즈니스 및 데이터 요구사항을 안정적이고 프로덕션 환경에 적합한 데이터 솔루션으로 구현 데이터브릭스 환경 내 데이터 처리 워크로드의 성능 및 비용 효율성 개선 데이터 품질, 거버넌스 및 보안을 위한 모범 사례(Best Practices) 도입 지원 팀 내 지식 공유에 기여하고 주니어 엔지니어의 성장 및 역량 개발 지원

YOUR EXPERIENCE (자격 요건) 데이터브릭스(Databricks) 및 Apache Spark(PySpark, SQL 또는 Scala)에 대한 탄탄한 실무 경험 주요 클라우드 프로바이더(AWS, Azure 또는 GCP) 환경에서의 데이터 플랫폼 구축 경험 분산 데이터 처리, 데이터 모델링 및 성능 최적화에 대한 높은 이해도 CI/CD 파이프라인 및 Git 등 버전 관리 도구 사용 경험 Airflow 또는 데이터브릭스 워크플로우(Databricks Workflows) 등 오케스트레이션 프레임워크 활용 경험 글로벌 업무 환경에서의 원활한 협업을 위한 우수한 비즈니스 영어 및 한국어 커뮤니케이션 스킬 협업을 중시하는 마인드셋과 안정적이고 확장 가능한 데이터 시스템 구축에 대한 열정
