The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Production, corporate Quality, Finance, suppliers, intercompany partners, and freight providers. • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in related Engineering roles

• Must have a minimum of 2 years working with AS9100 Quality certifications and QMS experience

• Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain a Security Clearance

Quality Management and Product Assurance

• Support the ongoing implementation and maintenance of the AS9100 quality management system, including document and record control, internal audits, management review inputs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.

• Collect, maintain, and report quality and delivery metrics, including customer feedback, supplier scorecards, on-time delivery, first-pass yield, warranty returns, defect closure rate, average defect age, and audit results.

• Coordinate responses to customer and supplier nonconformities, corrective action requests, quality findings, and warranty returns; monitor actions through closure.

• Review purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contract amendments, and related documentation for applicable quality and flow-down requirements.

• Perform or coordinate receiving, in-process, and final inspections and complete final quality release of products and shipments.

• Maintain product identification and traceability records, including unit and serial-number tracking.

Supplier Quality and Procurement

• Execute purchasing activities for assigned programs, capital equipment builds, and intercompany partner requirements.

• Source and onboard new suppliers and partners; collect required documentation and establish approved suppliers in company systems.

• Communicate technical, quality, schedule, and documentation requirements to suppliers and follow orders through delivery.

• Evaluate supplier performance using quality and on-time-delivery data, and support supplier corrective actions and improvement efforts when performance falls below expectations.

• Coordinate receiving records and invoice reconciliation with corporate headquarters and Finance, including carrier and freight invoices.

Material Planning Inventory and Logistics

• Track material status across programs and maintain accurate inventory, MRP, and production planning data.

• Create and revise bills of material, production work orders, and material pull sheets as requirements and inventory conditions change.

• Coordinate kit pulls and help ensure material is available to support build schedules.

• Coordinate customer, demonstration, intercompany, and OCONUS shipments; maintain shipping records and update the shipment tracker.

• Prepare bailment agreements and other shipment documentation as required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
