Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar a organização e o controle de documentos trabalhistas e arquivos da área de Recursos Humanos;Auxiliar na atualização de planilhas e controles administrativos;Apoiar o envio e a consulta de documentos e informações em sistemas internos;Prestar suporte em demandas de atendimento aos colaboradores;Apoiar o acompanhamento de férias, ponto eletrônico e banco de horas;Auxiliar nos levantamentos necessários para auditorias e controles internos;Apoiar a organização de eventos internos (ex.: aniversariantes do mês, campanhas de conscientização e de saúde);Dar suporte aos processos de recrutamento e seleção;Apoiar as integrações de novos colaboradores;Contribuir com outras rotinas administrativas da área de Recursos Humanos e Relações Trabalhistas.
