Deine Aufgaben

  • Finanzbuchhaltung: Du verantwortest die ordnungsgemäße, transparente und termingerechte Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Hauptbuch) einer Gesellschaft unserer Holding.
  • Abschlüsse: Du wirkst aktiv bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit und bist Ansprechpartner für unseren Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer.
  • Zahlungsprozesse: Du verantwortest den wöchentlichen Zahlungslauf inklusive internationaler Überweisungen.
  • Kontenführung: Du führst Kontenabstimmungen durch, pflegst Buchungskonten und klärst offene Posten im Debitoren- und Kreditorenbereich.
  • Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen: Du beurteilst Geschäftsvorfälle fachgerecht und bildest sie präzise in unseren kaufmännischen Systemen ab.
  • Optimierungen: Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung kaufmännischer Prozesse ein.

Dein Profil

  • Background: Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen; eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) ist von Vorteil.
  • Berufserfahrung: Du verfügst über mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Accounting und kennst die Abläufe in einem mittelständischen Unternehmensumfeld, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen.
  • System- und Softwarekenntnisse: Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel), bringst vertiefte ERP-Systemkenntnisse mit (z. B. proALPHA, alternativ SAP MS Dynamics oder Bios (GeoVision)) und hast bestenfalls Erfahrung mit dem Einsatz von KI im Accounting gesammelt.
  • Sprachen: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Pro-Aktivität: Du hast Lust Ideen pro-aktiv einzubringen und so die Prozesse stetig weiterzuentwickeln.
