ADMINISTRATOR, poskusno delo , Določen čas, 12 mesecev, Polni delovni čas, 40, Vnos in ažuriranje podatkov s področja študijske dejavnosti članice na spletnih straneh članice.Organiziranje in vodenje postopkov za vpis študentov.Preverjanje verodostojnosti dokazil o izobrazbi in priprava ter izdaja listin o uskladitvi nazivov in duplikatov diplomskih listin.Dnevno obveščanje študentov o spremmebah urnika, prostorskem izvajanju izpitov, kolokvijev.Sprejem prošenj študentov in drugih udeležencev, priprava predlogov sklepov za Komisijo za študijske zadeve ter priprava odločb.Obveščanje in informiranje študentov ter uradne ure.Administrativna in organizacijska podpora pri akreditaciji novih študijskih programov oziroma sprememb obstoječih študijskih programov.Sodelovanje v prijavnem in vpisnem postopku.Priprava urnikov izvedbe študijskega procesa.Priprava, vnos, obveščanje in ažuriranje sprememb rednih in dodatnih izpitnih rokov v skladu s pravili UM in članice.Pripravlja in pregleduje osnutke splošnih aktov, organizacijskih navodil, pogodb in sklepov s področja dela strokovne službe.Vnos in ažuriranje podatkov s področja študijske dejavnosti članice v sistemu AIPS.Spremljanje objav novih predpisov s področja študijske dejavnosti ter seznanjanje nadrejenih o novostih.Priprava poročil, analiz in statistik s področja študijske dejavnosti članice.Skrbi za delovanje alumni kluba fakultete.Administrativna in strokovna podpora pri aktivnostih Kariernega centra, , prihod od 7-8 ure
