Als projectmedewerker ben je betrokken bij verschillende fases van onze elektrische projecten. Je combineert het voorbereiden en berekenen van projecten met de praktische organisatie en opvolging van de uitvoering. Je analyseert prijsaanvragen en technische plannen, maakt kostprijsberekeningen en werkt offertes uit. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat projecten technisch en organisatorisch goed voorbereid zijn, zodat onze techniekers op de werf efficiënt aan de slag kunnen. Je volgt ook kleinere projecten of service-opdrachten op van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Daarbij bewaak je de planning, het budget en de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiders, werfleiders, techniekers, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? •Je analyseert prijsaanvragen, lastenboeken, technische plannen en schema’s van elektrische installaties binnen de tertiaire sector. •Je maakt kostprijsberekeningen op en bepaalt de benodigde materialen, werkuren en eventuele inzet van onderaannemers. •Je bereidt de uitvoering van projecten voor door plannen, materiaallijsten en technische informatie te controleren en de nodige materialen tijdig te voorzien. •Je stemt de praktische voorbereiding af met de betrokken collega's, leveranciers, werfleiders en onderaannemers. •Je coördineert en volgt kleinere elektrische projecten en service-opdrachten op, van de voorbereiding tot en met de uitvoering en oplevering. •Je bewaakt de planning, de voortgang, het budget en de kwaliteit van de werken en stuurt bij waar nodig. •Je denkt mee na over praktische oplossingen bij technische of organisatorische problemen en ondersteunt de collega's waar nodig.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Energietechnologie, Elektromechanica, een technisch graduaat of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede technische kennis van elektrische installaties, bij voorkeur binnen de tertiaire sector, en kan elektrische plannen en schema's vlot lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of interesse in calculatie, werkvoorbereiding en projectopvolging.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, met oog voor kwaliteit, planning en kostprijs.
  • Je bent organisatorisch en administratief sterk, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en werkt vlot samen met collega's, klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt van een gevarieerde functie waarin je zowel op kantoor als op de werf betrokken bent.

Je hoeft zeker niet alle aspecten van de functie al onder de knie te hebben. Ook ervaren elektriciens of werfleiders die de stap willen zetten naar een meer coördinerende functie met calculatie, werkvoorbereiding en projectleiding, komen absoluut in aanmerking. Vooral jouw technisch inzicht, motivatie en zin voor verantwoordelijkheid maken het verschil!
