Onze klant maakt deel uit van een internationale groep en is actief in innovatieve technische oplossingen voor de houtsector. Vanuit de vestiging in regio Kruisem ondersteunen zij hun klanten en salesteams in België, Nederland en Frankrijk.

Ter versterking van het team zijn wij op zoek naar een veelzijdige technisch administratief medewerker die ondersteuning biedt bij administratieve, commerciële en organisatorische taken.

Je komt terecht in een compact team, waardoor samenwerking en flexibiliteit erg belangrijk zijn. Collega’s helpen elkaar waar nodig en nemen elkaars taken over bij afwezigheid.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Algemene administratieve en organisatorische ondersteuning van de CEO
  • Werken met en onderhouden van gegevens in ERP- en CRM-systemen
  • Het salesteam ondersteunen en opleiden in het gebruik van ERP, CRM en andere toepassingen
  • Opstellen, analyseren en toelichten van rapporten, overzichten en analyses in Excel
  • Voorbereiden van documenten, presentaties en interne communicatie
  • Telefonisch en administratief ondersteunen van externe collega’s
  • Telefonische opvolging van eindklanten die een product besteld hebben
  • Fungeren als back-up voor interne collega’s bij afwezigheid en bereid zijn om verschillende taken binnen het team over te nemen
  • Controleren van gegevens en opsporen van fouten of ontbrekende informatie
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans en een goede kennis van Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Excel, Word, Outlook en PowerPoint.
  • Ervaring met ERP- en/of CRM-systemen is een pluspunt, maar je hoeft niet alle systemen vanaf de eerste dag te kennen. Belangrijker is dat je nieuwe programma’s snel begrijpt en bereid bent je hierin verder te verdiepen.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk logisch en analytisch denkvermogen. Je voert niet alleen taken correct uit, maar ziet ook verbanden, stelt zaken in vraag en zoekt graag uit hoe iets beter of efficiënter kan.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en vindt het leuk om collega’s te ondersteunen en je kennis met hen te delen. Op termijn kun je het salesteam wegwijs maken in ERP, CRM, Excel, rapporteringen en analyses.
  • Je bent flexibel en collegiaal ingesteld. Binnen een compact team spring je bij waar nodig en ben je bereid om bij afwezigheid bepaalde taken van collega’s over te nemen.
  • Je bent een echte allrounder die houdt van afwisseling en zich vlot aanpast aan verschillende taken en verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Technisch inzicht en interesse in een technische omgeving zijn belangrijke troeven. Heb je daarnaast kennis van of ervaring met houtbewerking, interieurbouw, schrijnwerkerij of de houtsector, dan is dat een duidelijke meerwaarde.
