The posting

Als Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van duurzame relaties met bestaande klanten en het verder uitbouwen van de klantenportefeuille. Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten en prospecten en vertaalt deze naar oplossingen op maat, met als doel projecten binnen te halen.

  • Je adviseert klanten over de aangeboden diensten in nauwe samenwerking met interne stakeholders zoals Business Unit Managers en projectleiders.
  • Je focust op de renovatiesector en richt je voornamelijk op openbare instellingen en bouwheren in de regio Roeselare.
  • Dankzij jouw sterke netwerk- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden slaag je erin om deals te realiseren binnen de vooropgestelde marges en doelstellingen.
  • Met jouw technische kennis ben je in staat om complexe materie helder toe te lichten aan klanten. Je volgt actief marktontwikkelingen, klanten en prospecten op.

Samenwerking en rapportering

  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Commercieel Directeur
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Business Unit Manager om technische oplossingen en projectrendementen af te stemmen
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en volledige overdracht naar het projectteam, zodat gemaakte afspraken optimaal worden nageleefd
  • Je bouwt sterke klantenrelaties op en fungeert als een betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt
  • Je beschikt idealiter over een bachelor in een bouwkundige richting of hebt relevante ervaring binnen een technische bouwomgeving.
  • Je bent een technisch-commercieel ingesteld profiel dat zich zowel comfortabel voelt op kantoor als op het terrein. In deze rol werk je ongeveer 80% van de tijd intern, waar je instaat voor calculaties, het opstellen van technische fiches en de voorbereiding van dossiers. De overige 20% ben je actief op de baan voor plaatsbezoeken, opmetingen en het verdedigen van jouw dossiers bij klanten.
  • Dankzij jouw technische achtergrond ben je in staat om projecten grondig te analyseren en doordachte oplossingen uit te werken. Ervaring binnen een specifieke bouwgerelateerde niche is hierbij een sterke troef, aangezien dit zorgt voor extra diepgang en inzicht.
  • Daarnaast kan deze functie ook bijzonder interessant zijn voor kandidaten met ervaring in projectleiding die bewust de overstap willen maken naar een meer commerciële en minder operationele rol.
  • Je combineert technische nauwkeurigheid met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet klanten op een overtuigende en professionele manier te adviseren.
