Vous participez :

  • soit à l’accompagnement de personnes en situations complexes à la MAS renforcée, qui vise à offrir un accueil adapté aux besoins des personnes accompagnées et à leur situation individuelle, facilitant la compréhension et l'apaisement de leurs troubles,
  • soit au renfort des équipes éducatives en charge de l'accompagnement de résidents polyhandicapés.

Pour accomplir ces missions, nous recherchons des personnes motivées et engagées, capables de faire preuve d'agilité et de créativité.

  • Vous aimez le travail pluridisciplinaire et savez entretenir une bonne cohésion d'équipe
  • Vous êtes dynamique, agile et savez faire preuve de créativité
  • Vous aimez rechercher de nouvelles idées pour proposer un accompagnement adapté
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et savez monter rapidement en compétences sur de nouveaux logiciels et outils collaboratifs
