Estamos em busca de um(a) Advogado(a) para atuação estratégica em demandas de Direito Ambiental, Urbanístico e Minerário, com forte interface com órgãos públicos, clientes corporativos e equipes multidisciplinares.

O(a) profissional será responsável por conduzir casos de alta relevância técnica, com autonomia na frente principal de atuação e participação em uma trilha formal de desenvolvimento para a frente complementar, quando aplicável.

Elaborar pareceres jurídicos nas áreas ambiental, urbanística e minerária. Conduzir processos administrativos perante SEMAD, FEAM, IEF, COPAM, ANM, IBAMA, SEI e Prefeituras. Assessorar projetos de loteamentos, condomínios, parcelamento do solo e regularização fundiária, com autonomia plena na frente principal. Elaborar recursos administrativos, manifestações e defesas em autos de infração. Atuar em processos minerários perante a ANM, conforme a trilha de desenvolvimento definida para a frente complementar. Representar o escritório em reuniões técnicas com clientes, órgãos públicos e equipes multidisciplinares. Analisar riscos regulatórios e propor estratégias para viabilização de empreendimentos. Orientar e revisar tecnicamente o trabalho de advogados plenos e juniores, reduzindo a demanda de revisão da Coordenação Jurídica. Organizar e manter atualizados prazos, documentos e informações dos projetos sob sua responsabilidade no sistema de gestão. Participar de reuniões estratégicas com a Coordenação Jurídica sobre priorização e saúde da carteira.

Perfil comportamental desejado Autonomia e maturidade técnica. Boa capacidade de relacionamento com clientes e órgãos públicos. Organização e disciplina com prazos e documentação. Visão estratégica e senso de prioridade. Capacidade de orientar profissionais mais juniores. Comunicação clara, objetiva e segura.

Graduação em Direito. OAB ativa. Pós-graduação em Direito Ambiental, Urbanístico ou Minerário. Experiência sênior comprovada em pelo menos uma das frentes abaixo:

Direito Ambiental/Urbanístico: licenciamento, loteamentos, parcelamento do solo e regularização fundiária; ou Direito Minerário: processos perante a ANM. Mínimo de 6 anos de experiência em advocacia. Pelo menos 4 anos de atuação em Direito Ambiental e/ou Urbanístico, incluindo condução de processos de licenciamento.
